What do I do when I want to exchange or return my purchase?

What conditions apply to my exchange/return?

You may return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt. Detailed information regarding our Terms and Conditions is available here. Please keep in mind:

- Our 120-Nights Sleep Happy Guarantee on your mattress is subject to purchasing a Sleepmasters mattress protector. Click here for more Info here
- Your product warranty does not cover any defects caused by foreign objects.

How will my refund be processed?

Although we go out of our way to make sure you are satisfied with our products, we will gladly refund your purchase should it be necessary. An Expert support team member will send you a refund form to complete and return to us if this is the case.

Credit card purchases will be refunded directly to the card used to process the initial order.

For refunds on EFT purchases, we require the following documents:
- Copy of your ID;
- Proof of Banking Details (matching the details of the transaction we are refunding)

How long will it take?

Exchange turn-around times depend on stock availability, but we promise to get your new product to you as soon as possible! Your Expert will keep you updated along the way.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account. Should you not receive your refund within 10 days, kindly notify us, and one of our Experts will gladly assist you.

What is Sleepmasters Repair, Exchange and Returns Policy?

We offer a full returns and exchanges policy.

You may return or exchange goods within a 14-day cooling period of receiving your goods.

Damaged or faulty items delivered

Should the items you receive be damaged or faulty, you need to notify Sleepmasters within 24 hours of delivery.
